Email campaigns we sent are mostly ad hoc. But we noticed the message sent in these campaigns wasn’t relevant to the entire target group. Furthermore, we had to do the same manual work each time we repeated an ad hoc campaign. We create a large audience based on historical booking behavior and choose a message that is suited best. Isn’t there a simpler way to do this? Well, yes. And so we did.
