To inform your customer about the products or services they just ordered, you have a lifecycle in place. A sequence of a few messages that helps your customer understand more about the process and how to use things. But after a while when your customer is well known about these things, you still send him or her the same message over and over again. Should you optimize your lifecycle based on the knowledge of your customer?
